Purpose & scope
This policy applies to all BSafe Group operations, projects and services in Belgium, Europe, Asia, the USA and other global locations. It outlines our commitment to delivering products and services that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations while complying with ISO 9001 quality management requirements. It covers design, engineering, logistics, IT solutions and advisory services.
Policy statement
BSafe Group is dedicated to achieving quality excellence through a robust Quality Management System (QMS). We aim to foster a culture of continual improvement, customer satisfaction and compliance with statutory and contractual requirements. Our processes will be clearly documented, regularly audited and reviewed to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Objectives
3.1 Meet and exceed client contractual and statutory requirements.
3.2 Monitor and analyse customer feedback to drive service improvements.
3.3 Deliver services and products that are fit for purpose, on time and within budget.
3.4 Provide regular training for all staff in quality management principles.
3.5 Implement corrective and preventive actions in response to quality issues.
Responsibilities
- Management: Lead the implementation of QMS, set measurable quality objectives and allocate necessary resources.
- Supervisors: Ensure team compliance with quality procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
- Employees: Follow established quality processes and report potential improvements or non-conformities.
Review
This policy will be reviewed annually during the QMS review process to ensure it remains relevant, effective and aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
